Question about what meds i should be taking??

I was just wondering if any of you could give me some advice.
Currently i am taking 1500mg of metformin, 20mg of prilosec, Yasmin, 2000mg of cinnamon and 1200mg of fish oil. is there anything else i should be taking? i heard something about B12 vitamins? I just want to make sure that i am doing everything i can to help over come this PCOS! taking all of this along with trying to eat healthier and exercising of course...thanks for your time!!

i feel you! i recently bought fish oils, black cohosh and evening primrose oil tablets. so far i haven't noticed major changes with acne but my skin tone seems to be a lil better. I'm on flutamide and yaz. The yaz isn't so good for me considering i'm noticing more acne since I started it. hope this helps.

I think according to your symptoms, you should take certain meds. but the thing about PCOS is that there's no particular CURE so you have to try so many different things.....ugh it just sucks! But we're women and we're gonna get through this!!!!
