Default question again, sorry, need help!

My miscarriage was 18 days ago, I stopped bleeding 10 days ago but have had some brown spotting. This morning I have started bleeding again! It is like a light AF, I have cramps, headache, spots on my chin and roller coaster emotions, just like a normal AF.
Am I getting my hopes up? Is it too early to be AF and just another bleed due to the miscarriage? I had a scan 12 days ago and they said everything looked normal. Not really sure what to do, should i go to the docs?
Any advice greatfully received.
Thanks

If you have no unusual pain or fever, I'd count this as day one and see how the month progresses. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see a new cycle start this soon, though many are not so lucky.
Best wishes,
Sheri

thank you so much for the response Sheri, it is so awful having no idea what is going on with your body and chatting to others really helps.
Thanks again and take care

Its definitely possible that its your cycle. I would count it as a cycle but it may not be a normal cycle. (may be short, or long, or anovulatory) If I were you I'd probably wait til you got one more period before counting it as a normal cycle.
