I have been useing NPC for about a year and its been helping AF stay somewhat regular but about a week ago I had a little bit of brown spotting right around the time AF should be arriving. It lasted about 2 days and then stopped. About a day after that I started to get some nasty cramps and I thought it was just AF finnaly arriving. I spotted a little bit of brown blood and that was it. I haven't seen AF since. Has anyone else had this?

Have you taken a pg test? I had this the last time I was pregnant. I thought for sure AF was on it's way and nothing happend and I still had cramps...Then I found out that I was pregnant. Dr said it was implantation bleeding.

Not to be a worry-wart but it could also be a failed mis-carrage (SP?) sorry I'm really tired but can't sleep so please iggy the speeling mix-ups. this happened to my sis but after a week she started bleeding again. I think you should deffinataly get a pg test done, & if it is positive get in your dr office ASAP.

Well I went and got the HPT and it was - as always. I'm going to take another one in the morning just to be sure. Still no AF and I feel bloated and uncomfortable. I'm thinking maybe it could be a cyst or something.
