Question for Hysterectomy Persons

I have had a hysterectomy and was left with one ovary. I have had several of the symptoms of pcos. My biggest concern right now is trying to lose weight. I work our 3 to 4 days a week and watch what I eat and either maintain or lose just 1 pound a week. While the rest of the group is losing 5 and 6 pounds a week and not working out.

Is it possible to have PCOS even after a hysterectomy???

I was diagnosed with PCOS after having a hysterectomy and both ovaries removed after my symptoms of high DHEAS and testosterone weren't relieved by the surgery. Having a hysterectomy is not a treatment for PCOS and although it did solve some other issues I was having the PCOS still requires treatment.
