I have a question for those ladies who already concieved. Today I am 5DPO and cd 27. Does your breasts got sore after you had your ovulation? I generally read that nipples gets sore when you concieve. I am really worried because after a day of ovulation,my boobs are hurting. So I am scared I couldnt make it. And these sore boobs are sign of ugly AF. Today I had little cramp on left ovary side.
To give brief, I took clomid 50 mg 3-7 cd this cycle. Had a trigger shot of ovidrel on cd21.

sore swollen breasts were the first pregnancy symptom I experienced before missing a period or testing.

Hey Mandy..thanks for replying...Were your breasts got sore just a day after ovulation? People generally starts having the sore breasts at the time of AF due, when they concieve.

My breasts (especially nipples) are extremely sore and have been ever since my trigger shot. Keep in mind that the ovidrel is HCG, and you can have the same symptoms as pregnancy from the shot.
If you had a trigger shot u will have lots of pregnancy symptoms because the pregnancy hormone is traveling through your body.
But even if you did NOT have a trigger shot, I will still say the same thing... My breasts are always sore from Ovulation to AF. The only time my nipples have been sore is if DH was to hard on em or when I was breastfeeding. I actually had my first encounter with sore nipples (without either of those 2 things triggering them) yesterday. Thanks gals for replying. I am just worrying this sore breasts are sign of AF and am out for this cycle. I am having cramps all day today. Urgh... all this signs and 2WW are making me crazy.

I am 8dpo and so far my sx are nausea but think it if from Met cause I get it all day long but seems worse. My breast are heavy but only my nipples are sore and they look puffy? had some pulling pains and feel really bloated to stared have cramps on and off but only last under minute. Im very agitated and yesterday felt emotional. Could be this darn 2ww wait that is getting to me! Anyone else with simular Sx? Good luck with your BFP Ladies

I get really sore bbs and nipples from O to AF (thought it tends to start on varying DPOs) and when I got my BFP last december it was exactly the same, so I've now come to the conclusion that I can't predict whether I'm pg, due to how sore my bbs or nipples are. After I ovulate, one to two days, I get extremely sore breasts....all around and the nipples are extra sensitive...they get less sore, as AF approaches & the day AF starts, pain, gone.
When I was pregnant with our daughter, I didn't know I was pregnant til 22dpo and OMG the breast pain was INTENSE and hurt especially when shower water hit em...I had to stand with my back to the water my entire pregnancy.

I honestly don't know, I wasn't tracking anything then, or really even tracking my period, so I don't know when I o'd in comparison to when symptoms arrived. Sorry I can't be of more help!
