This is the only board that I could think to post this question on. How or when do you start counting your cycle after m/c? Do I count when the M/C occured or what? I didn't think of this while at the Dr. office.

I started counting mine as my first normal period after the m/c. Not sure if this was the right way to do it or not.

I started counting mine from the first day of bleeding I'm so sorry for your loss lori

Look at my chart..... the first day of my last cycle was the day I m/c.

With my first loss, I had a D&C and my doc told me to count the day of the D&C as CD1. With losses 2 and 3, they happened really early (at 4.5 weeks) so I counted the first day of bleeding as CD1 in both cases. They happened so early that the bleeding was more like a regular (AF) but with heavier-than-normal cramps and clotting the first 2 or 3 days.
