Can any moderator move a particular thread, or does it have to be "that section's" moderator? Say if a thread is in "Do you have this problem" and that doesn't really seem like a good fit for it, can any moderator move it, or does it have to be that board's mod? Just curious! Thanks

A global moderator can move any thread, as well as kat can move any thread. Also, those who are moderators in only particular forums, can move threads from that forum, but not from other forums and into it.
