Unhappy Question for my fellow cysters

Ok, so I was reading through and even posted in the what are your symptoms thread and noticed that hardly anybody had pain listed. I have had the most annoying pain on my right side, kinda like a bloaty like pain, and I was wondering, is it normal to have this pain as a symptom of PCOS? I also don't have any abnormal hair growth, and noticed almost everyone did, so it just had me wondering if I was misdiagnosed. My doctor did show me on the ultrasound all the little "holes" in my ovaries that looked kinda like swiss cheese, which I researched pictures on what PCOS ovary looks like, so I'm like 98% sure I have it.

Sometimes cysts can cause pain. If it becomes unbearable, call the doc because it might need treatment.

I am relatively new to the site and to PCOS. I have just started having a lot of backpain in the lumbar area that is really painful. Is it related to the PCOS or not?

Qbazpeach~ Did your doctor do bloodwork?

hlpod~ It could be that you picked something up wrong, but if its persistant I would go to the doctor.

Each person is different in to what symptoms and the severity of the symptoms they have.
