I was not given any blood test when I was dianosed.
I was being considered for Gastric Bypass Surgurey and my mother was discussing different things with me (excissive hair, thick skin on neck, dark thighs, and so on) And she said that as far as she could tell, I had PCOS.
they usualy just check so see that your hormones are where they should be.. but if you have all the symptoms they might not even bother. for me the blood tests change all the time and sometimes it will show that i have it and other times not, if you have the symptoms thats the main thing, i think.
Well it was the nutritionist who diagnosed me. What should I do?

depends what your goals are.
if you want to get on some type of medication, or check to see if you're insulin resistant, i would make an appointment with a GP, ask to get blood tests done for polycystic ovarian syndrome, and if they dont know what that is, repeat this step untill you find someone that does.
Well I know that I am insulin resitant. My normal doctor told me that.
