Is it alright to eat sugarless candies and diet pop?

Diet Soda is fine but remember to drink some water too! The sodium in diet soda is staggering, but diet sodas are free game otherwise.

Be VERY careful with sugar free candy. What you need to look at is the carb count in everything you eat. You will be surprised to find that alot of the foods that claim to be "sugar free" still have a whole lot of carbs in them. In some cases (Jelly Bellys, my weakness) it is better to just eat the regular version if you are going to eat them at all!
