Does Synthroid make men sterile? I am currently dating a guy who is on synthroid (I am too) and his mother said that from day one that he would be sterile because of it. I would like to know. Everyone I've talked to has not heard of it. I know my Grandma had 5 kids after taking care of her thyroid problems.. Anything would help thanks!

Gosh no. LOL

Untreated hypothyroidism can make men sterile though. Being treated is a GOOD thing!
