Default A question for those who take Diane 35

I've been taking Diane 35 for about 2 1/2 years. I never had a problem with it until a few months ago. For the past couple of months I've been having shoulder pain. Most days it's a dull ache, but some days the pain can be quite intense and I feel it all the way down my arm. The pain doesn't prohibit my movement in my arm, and at first, I thought it was just an irritated nerve, or some type of shoulder injury.

I've been tracking when the pain is happening and started to think it's from Diane 35. This cycle I noticed that the week when I'm not on Diane 35 the pain completely went away, and then when I was back on it, the pain came back within a couple of days (I have since stopped taking Diane 35 until I can figure out what's going on).

Has this happened to anyone?

Smile No problems here really...

Hey, I've been on Dianette, on and off for over 2 years myself but I have found no problems similar to what you're describing and it really does sound as if the problem is directly related to the BCP. You know nowadays there are so many other kinds of medication that I'd look into something else if I were you...people on here talk a lot about Yasmin, which seems to be a lighter BCP, so maybe that could prove a winner for you. How are your PCOS symptoms on Diane? Mine are improving, but I have been supplementing with laser hair removal, which is fantastic. Let me know and don't just let the problem lie, there's bound to be some other mediaction to suit you, without all the pain and hassle!
