I have been using NPC for almost 2 weeks now. It states to use it for about 21 days, then stop for 7days. Then start it up again. What do you do when AF comes? Do you stop using it for 7 days and then start up the counting of 21 days again? I'm new at this. I was jusy happy to see her today since I have not seen her since OCT 04. But any help and information would be great. Thank you all for your time.

If what you've got is a full, heavy af, then I'd stop it and resume your 21 day cycle of it in 7 days time. If it's only spotting (even if it's heavy spotting) then I keep going until your 21 days is up. Often NPC will cause spotting in the first 1 - 3 months or so as it ruptures all of your cysts on your ovaries. HTH.
