 Question for vitex users
I have been taking Vitex for about a month now. For the past twenty-four hours I've felt like I'm getting my period (bad pains). I've never had period pain before, except during the fertility treatment I had a few years ago. Did anyone else get period pain after taking Vitex? Does this mean that maybe I've ovulated this cycle (now THAT would be a big surprise!). Or maybe that's just because I've only just started on it? I haven't been charting my cycle with temps because I am so bad at remembering to take it before I get up in the mornings. I've been thinking maybe I'll do it at night, because at least then I can remember to do so, or is too inacurate then that I may as well not bother??
