i just finished my first week of BCP and i have major cramping, i feel sick to my stomach (blood test was negatve for being pregnant), the cramping hurts eally bad, I am not sure what it is?!?!?! Anyone have any suggestions, the advice nurse says shes not sure but if i am concerned i should go to urgent care. Its not the go to urget care type painits like the strat of really bad cramps like ihad when i was young. Can 1 pack of pills bring on my AF. Even th first week.

Kat's Right.. if you're concerned, go see a doctor.

It doesn't sound right to me either though.. did you finish the whole pack of pills? If so, that's not so major. But if it's just one week of pills.. then yah, I'd be concerned as well.
