Why does my name not show up in the member list? How many points do you have to have to get gifts. How does the "bank" work? I'm new here and am trying to learn the ropes. Could someone help me out so I can get the most out of this. Thanks.

welcome to sc You have to have made a certain number of posts/replies until your name will show on the members list. From what i remember. You have to have a certain number of points until you can give a gift. hope this helps

I don't know about the member list, but you have to have 500 points to buy gifts for others, you cant' buy them for yourself. You get points by starting threads and replying to others. If you bank your points, you gain interest on them and prevent theft. welcome to the board.

gifts aren't cheap... they are 500 points which are earned when you post and start threads. Good luck to you and welcome to SC!
