Are you ovulating, and wondering how to get pregnant, or are you not ovulating, and wondering how to get your body healthy so that you ovulate?

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (combined with low-carb low-GI dairy-free diet and exercise) is supposed to help women with PCOS get pregnant by regulating their cycles and hormones.

Hasn't worked for me yet, but it does work for some women.

I agree with KatCarney's question. You need to know your body well before you look into alternative ways to get pregnant. For example, I know that I can ovulate on my own, if only I could get my periods to be regular. So I tried Femaprin (vitex) to get my periods regular, and it worked for me. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for everybody. So it all depends on if you already ovulate on your own or not.

If you are overweight, losing even 10% can help restore ovulation. A high protein, low carb diet was very helpful for me (<30 carbs daily) for regulating insulin intolerance. I found acupuncture helpful too. I'm too new to the herb thing to be much help there.
