I have been on Yasmin for almost a month after being on Depo for two years. I took my last active pill on Saturday, but have still not had my period.

I guess I actually have 2 questions....

Should I call my dr if I don't start or just keep taking them until I see him in April?

Also, could the depo have anything to do with this?

I was put on BCP a few years ago due to my absent periods, but I didn't seem to have any problems then.

three people who were on Depo and all had problems after giving up the shot. It can take up to 2 years for periods to come back for some people after giving up the shot because when you are on Depo you don't produce a uterine lining to shed (a period)...so it takes awhile for your body to do that again. The average time it can take for periods to come back vary by person, but I would ask your doctor about it and see what he/she says. One of my friends it took her 10 months to start having a period again, another it only took 4, and the other it took over a year. I wish you the best of luck, but I would ask your doctor about it.
