When I start charting my temperature do I do it everyday or just around time to ovulate?

And the cm that I look for needs to be clear instead of white and needs to be strechy?

One more question....so the white cm is NON-fertile? It does not help conceiving????

hi there,
a really really good book to read is "taking charge of your fertility". it goes into lots of detail about charting and about cm. you should try to take your temperature everyday and around the same time (they say within an hour usually). as far as cm goes you are basically looking for eggwhite sticky-wet. hope that helps alittle.
