The brand I use is Nature's Sunshine because the quality is the very best. Enzymatic Therapy is also an excellent brand as far as quality. Those are probably the 2 best that I know of. Source Natural's is also a good brand and less expensive, and NOW is probably the best "economic" brand. NOW is a Nature's Sunshine wannabe - their logo is similar and they brag about the fact that one of their quality control people used to work for Nature's Sunshine. Their quality hasn't always been the best, but they are getting better. (Nature's Sunshine really is the best, fyi.)
As far as interactions with drugs, I know there are no known interactions with Met, and there are very RARELY interactions with other drugs. You can look up the drug online (just google the name and the word "interactions") and it should say if there are any herbal interactions. Many drugs deplete your body of nutrients, especially water-soluable vitamins, so be sure and take a supplement (especially B's). Herbs don't interact with eachother in a bad way - they are just food. If anything, they often have side "benefits" instead of side effects. But unless you really abuse them or are allergic to the fillers in them (in the cheap brands), they don't have negative interactions.
Herbs also don't interact with eachother or have side effects unless you abuse them (for example, marijuana), or if they have fillers in them that you are allergic to (which is why I say stay away from cheap store-bought brands).
Talk to an herbalist or Certified Natural Healthcare Professional if you are really unsure of what to take. I hope this helped.

Next month I'm switching to Oregon's Wild Harvest organic herbal supplements for my Vitex and my Saw Palmetto/Nettle/Pygeum blend. (unsure of the URL, you could Google it)
When I begin taking licorice, cinnamon, and some other supplements, I will be taking Nature's Way. www.swansonvitamins.com

Marijuana is an herb that can be used for good things (hand cream, shampoo, rope, etc) but it can be used in a negative way, too. I know some people say there are no problems with smoking weed, and I'm not trying to make a political debate, just make a point. Herbs can be abused and that makes them bad for you, but when they are used properly, they don't usually have side effects or bad interactions with drugs or other herbs.

Oh, I didn't take what you said as a debate, I know how it can be with typing, tone of voice missing and all. I was just trying to clarify that I wasn't trying to debate the good/bad about marijuana (some people say it should be legalized, etc). And No problem about clarifying.
