so I got a +opk on cycle day 20

I just happened to have a doctor appt the next day to further discuss clomid, but since I might be o'ing on my own we decided to hold off for now

he told me to come back 7 DPO on July 8 for a progesterone test
that was based on the +opk at the time my BBT wasnt showing it

day 24 my temp dropped and on day 25 it went way up
fertility friend is showing day 24 as ovulation

I went back to the dr. this morning and had the blood drawn for the progesterone

of course no one there could answer my question no drs were available....

I understand you should test progesterone 7 dpo
if (according to FF) this is only 4 dpo, is it too early ?

and

what is with the 3 day difference between the +opk and the temp drop?
is that normal or is there too much of a time gap between the two?


I'm supposed to call back Thursday for the progesterone test results.

LH surges can last from 12 to 36 hours, and precede Ov. Did you keep checking your surge after that first positive OPK? Maybe the surge lasted longer than you thought?

Not sure about the P4, it might be to early, but it might pick up some of the progesterone, enough to tell you did Ov. Sorta iffy on that.

Your chart does look like you Ov'ed though. Hope you can figure this out.
