Default questions regarding high BP and vitex/other alternative aids to fertility

HI all...

I'm wanting to start 'encouraging' my body to act normally (like ovulate and all that), so that my hubby and I can start actively ttc come october-january. I've got high bp...but controlled through 150mg a day of Avapro. I know I can't stay on the Avapro if I get pregnant..so I'm asking my GP next week to change me to on of the BP meds they give women with pre-eclamcia.

My question is...anyone else out there on BP meds who is using vitex and such to help get things going? HOw do you handle it..are there negative reactions, etc...

Thanks loads!
