Questions on taking Vitex- AF and Hair loss...Help anyone?

Ok I started taking Vitex on 8/25 to help regulate AF and to see if it did anything for the hair loss. So far not much change in anything of course its too soon to tell. I do get AF but not like I used to (every 21 days, AF goes for 7 days then stops for 2 then starts up again for 2...when it used to be every 28 days, AF for 5 days and that was it.) ...so Ive started AF today and my question is- do I continue to take the Vitex throughout AF or do I take a 7 day break from it?
and for those that it helped their hair loss...how long did it take to see any difference?

Hi , Im not an expert or anything, but im also on saw palmetto and vitex now for a month , but also i was recommended to take mexiczn wild yam to help with progesterone levels in my cycle . its now about six weeks since i started along with dieting but I feel better , hair loss has improved , and i can feel my ovaries getting ready for my next period , normally its every 4/5 months.

well something has definately been "different" this time around with AF after trying Vitex for just a few weeks. i got cramps like i used to...the past year i havent gotten any at all. now im back to taking advil. i kinda hope that means something is happening ...getting me back in order hormonally speaking. should be interesting to see if AF goes for 7-10 days or the 5 i used to have it for. im a little excited so far that something has changed at least to be like it used to...even if its cramps!
