I want to take Don Quai, Vitex and use NPC. But what are the definitions on what they are for and when to take them. I have been the the board all morning and getting confused of what they do and when to take them and how long they take to work.

Hey I have the same questions. I am stopping taking all of the fertility meds that my dr had me on b/c of cost and other things. I am now looking into herbs and alternative methods of TTC. Can someone give me a basic idea of what is out there and what it does and when to use it? =0) Thanks.
