Default Quick Questions

I have JUST started taking MET......like it's day 6...lol...I had been feeling better these last two days....then all of a sudden today we are in the grocery store and I about ran to the bathroom in tears!!! The stomach cramps came back!!
I thought that it was okay???
So..my question is...Can the heat. (nearly 100) have anything to do with it?? I know it sounds stupid....BUT I took the dose LAST NIGHT!!!!! and it's 4 ever later and I feel like this?!?!

Any suggestions?

Heat isn't really a factor..but things like sleep, stress and high carb meal can all send us running to the pot. CVould it have been something you ate? 100% of the time that I have tummy issues, I can point directly to something dumb I ate.

Feel better!

I too always had the stomach cramps come back if I ate something wrong. In addition to high carbs, high sugar foods or anything fried would do it too.
