I quit taking yasmin during the middle of my cycle, when do you think I will get my period, or do you think that I probably won't get one this month? I started taking metformin xr because i would like to get pregnant.

The closer you were to the last week of active pills, the sooner I would expect your period to arrive.

If you stopped within the first 2 weeks of active pills, you may get your period within 3 days, or your period may be delayed due to the confusion in the body.

basically it's the abrupt stop of hormones that causes your period while on the pill. So if you stop the pills mid pack, it could either have the same effect as the 3rd week of active pills. Or if your body's hormones are stronger than the reaction to the abrupt stopping of pills; then you may not.
