I've been on it for about a year, 200 mg dosage. I have never felt quite right on it, and even though it's a diuretic, I found myself having to pee less rather than more, which I thought was odd. I put it out of my mind though. Anyway, the hair on my head started shedding like crazy, I mean my hair is 1/4 of what it used to be. So...I decided to stop the Spiro and see if I feel any better. Has anyone ever done that?

I quit and switched to flutamide (aka Eulexin). It worked much better for me than spiro.

If you run a search in this forum on flutamide, you'll find several threads.
