There was a talk radio show that hubby listens to why he is at work and he called me up and told me that they had 4 woman on there that all had Pcos and they were giving away $3,000 worth of hair removal done to remove there facial hair. The guys and gals that are on that show in the morning didn't even know what Pcos was of course, but each lady had to tell her story and le tthem know all about there problem with them haveing the facial hair, and it was all Pcos related one woman did win and is going to get the hair removal done free of charge. I was happy for her and all 4 of the woman that showed up at the radio station never knew each other or anything they just showed up and they all had Pcos and of course like I said no one there at the radio station knew what it was, they were making jokes which was not to funny about the ladies faces and the male hormones. But I guess that is what kind of radio show it is. Just wanted to share the story.

I'm glad that PCOS is at least getting some publicity and is brought into the light. Hopefully it will strike up discussions elsewhere with people so they get informed!
