I've posted here before, but my geography has changed (again) hopefully for the last time for a while. I'm in Maine with my partner; we had a ceremony of commitment last year. I love it here, even though it's a little harder to find queer community in this part of the state. Anyone else in New England?

I know how you feel in regards to your family mine was the same way and it was heck comming out but i did. alot of the women on here helped me through that time because my mother was really hard on me and even told me that i was going to hell and that i was this way because of the pcos and because i was abused when i was 8 just all kinds of things and so i came to the ladies on this board for help and they came to my side. I love every one of them for it. anyways i'm always here for anyone if you ever need to talk or anything | |

Hi. I'm from Panama City, Florida. I'm currently in England, Lakenheath, Suffolk, East Anglia, about 2 - 2.5 hours from London, or in otherwords in the middle of nowhere which means not much of a GLBT community that I can find. That's ok though because we should be out of here in early July. Not sure where we are going yet, but at the moment Arkansas is supposedly most likely - Little Rock AFB. As I am a southern US girl at heart I really have my fingers crossed that Arkansas will be the case, especially since I am also a teacher and from what research I have already done it seems that getting certified there is fairly simple. | |
