A randomized controlled trial of laser treatment among hirsute women with PCOS I found this after looking up Dr Katherine Sherif when I saw the "Bearded Lady" episode of Mystery Diagnosis on TLC earlier today. The study was originally published in the 2005 British Journal of Dermatology.
