if you can get to Hartsdale (or is it Scarsdale? i get them confused lol), on Central Avenue there's the Montefiore Institute For Reproductive Medicine and Health.
http://www.montefiore.org/services/coe/womenshealth/ is the website. i'm not sure what info it has on there, but i'm sure there's a number you can call and then you can talk to someone there
i've seen dr. nanette santoro (reproductive endo), who is a very nice lady, knows about pcos, was helpful...all the good stuff. and i've heard a lot of good things about the other docs there as well, so i think it would be hard to go wrong
