 Ready to go natural

I have looked through much of the posts here at the alterative treatment site. It has been very helpful. I was diagnosed April of 2002. I am on medroxyprogesterone, and have two prescriptions left to have filled, after which I want to go natural. I read an awful lot of info., and I am trying to digest it all. Where is the best place to start to make my own list of remedies to try. And also, did anyone see a doctor to start on the natural method, or did you just do research. Thank you so much for this wonderful site, it has been so helpful to me in learning more about PCOS, and how best to live with it.
