Default Really Feeling Down.

I Had My Loss In September. I Have Had So Many Other Things Happen To Me. My Dh Lost His Job In Nov. I Lost My Job Last Week And Now I Am Working A Shift Job 3p-11p. My Son Is So Upset. I Am Now Working With A Girl Who Is Due About When I Was And I Go To Church With A Girl Due On My Due Date. I Feel Like The World Is Caving. I Keep Thinking That I Can Just Try To Focus On Something Else. But I Just Think I Should Have 12 Weeks To Due Date. Not So Much Sadness. I Have Cried My Heart Out This Last Week, I Keep Trying To Turn It Over To God But I Cannot Relax At All. I Feel Hormonal Like After My Son, Anyone In That Place.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had my loss 7 years ago this coming Jul. It's been really hard for me when my mother-in-law tells my hubby and I about all the people we know who are getting pregant on the young cousins of my husband. But I can't bear to tell her that it hurts me to hear these things. It will get better it will just take time. It really does help to talk about it.

I am so sorry for your loss, and I remember the grief hitting me at different times. I am so sorry that you are dealing with so much right now - that would be a lot for anyone to handle. If you can, try to limit being around the pregnant women - I know it may not be possible, but try. I remember how hard it was to be around pregnant ladies, and it can still be difficult sometimes.

You are doing the right thing - trying to turn it over to God, but it is not easy. I will be praying for you. Feel free to PM me if you need to talk, and try to be patient with yourself. Sometimes we try to set time limits on our grief and that just doesn't work well - at least in my experience.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I was barely along in my pg, but I find that the grief and sadness comes in waves. I'll think I'm okay and then I find out someone I know is pg. Or I'll be doing an activity I hadn't done since I was pg and it will make me very nostalgic and sad.

The stress you are under with jobs, etc. is not helping at all. I hope things ease up for you and perhaps you can take some time for just you. That has helped me.

Hang in there. It does get better.
