Unhappy really terrible lower back pain

im getting ready to start my cycle...according to my bc pills....should be sometime this week but today i havent been able to sit up for long periods of time because my back is killing me....has anyone experienced this in relation to pms....cooking dinner tonight killed me and now sitting at the computer...i am ready to lay flat again...its really sore and tight....and it just plain hurts...just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen either...thanks for taking the time to read this...see you on the boards...christie

i get almost crippling lower back pain when i get my period too..although i do think its worse now bc i think something is wrong wtih my right lower back anyways..

but when i was younger it was even worse like a knife in my back when igot my period. you arent alone in this one xo jenn

Nope, you're not alone. Maybe try heat or cold...glad to hear you are feeling better today and hope AF comes soon.


Ya know...I'm beginning to wonder if lower back pain is associated with not only pms, but endo as well, I heard that when endo progresses, it can affect the lower back something fierce! Since Oct 2004, I have been having the same pain, so I'm seeing a chiro and trying to take baths, and stretch more, but the pain gets bad--I hear you.

no aunt flo as of yet but it feels like it should be here any day...no more really bad pain...just achy...the sigmagirlie orgin of my name is that i am a tri sig...sigma sigma sigma....not active anymore but it was fun while it lasted....lol...i have used sigmagirlie for everything and just dont have the energy to think up a new name or tell everyone on my list that i have a new name....lol...im lazy...so prolly when im 90 ill still be sigmagirlie....anyway thanks for the care and sorry if the explanation was indepth...see you on the boards...christie


ps....about the kidney infection...i sure hope not but ive thought about that since i used to get terrible uti's...but no problems so far...thanks again....
