Hi there...so I went in for my oh-so-fun yearly physical and in talking with my doctor (and finally being honest with myself) she has referred me to counseling for possible depression. I am a bit nervous about this whole situation and am wondering if anyone can recommend a therapist in the Twin Cities area ......

Hey I was just diagnosed with PCOS and I live in Golden Valley. I know I saw a therapist in Minnetonka once that was really good. I forget her name though so thats not much help but the office was on Minnetonka Blvd. I will look into her name if you want it. Thats kinda far away from where you live though. Good luck
I would love her name. I am trying to find someone recommended that is also in network for our insurance which so far has been a challenge...right now I am willing to drive a little

Since you seem to feel comfortable discussing these matters with your GP, I'd suggest you ask her for recommendations if you're having trouble finding someone.
