Ladies,
I am looking to start drinking red raspberry leaf tea. I am also ttc, so I was wondering how much you drink, what time of day, and whay cycle days you drink it. TIA

Hi Witchy. 
I drink a tea that has 165 mg of Organic Raspberry Leaf in it. I've just started, so I have no success stories to share, but I will! (Positive thinking... LOL)

I have something similar - Made by the same people but just straight red raspberry leaf tea.

Ohh! I just saw that on their website. I'm not sure what it's used for so I'll have to read up on it. How many mg of Red Raspberry Leaf is in your tea?

It has 1500 mg of rrl i each bag w/each bag being a serving size.

The whold bag is basically rrl. I am thinking of waiting until next cycle beore really starting it. I have tried it, but I have read conflicting things on the net, hebce this thread. I am taking soy right now and I want to see how I do w/just that.

I took red raspberry leaf (in pill form) when I was TTC and during my pregnancy. I took 960 mg once a day (2 pills) while TTC and then 1 pill during the first trimester, 2 the 2nd and 3 the 3rd.
Because one of the benefits of RRL is that it helps your uterus contract more efficiently, I really think it helped during labor and delivery - I went from 3 cm - 10 cm in about 90 minutes. And I only had to push for about 20 minutes. My dr. had gone home when he checked me at 12:30 saying that he would be back in a few hours only to be called back at 2:00 because I was already ready. He told me that we're all camping out for a week next time!!
