Default Red Raspberry Tea

I have read that red raspberry leaf tea can be helpful with fertility. I just bought some Bigelow Red Raspberry Herb Tea at Wal-Mart. My question is this - Will this provide the fertility benefit? I just wonder if it needs to be red raspberry LEAF tea. Also, I've read that the loose tea is better than the bagged stuff. Anyone out there try either or know more about it than I do? Any info would be appreciated!

Iv been drinking a cup of red clover blossom, red raspberry leaf, and cinnamon I make myself. It's cheap and easy to make in a big batch. I make it 2 times a month and drink daily. I all ready feel a bit better.

Wannabamama1-

Where do you purchase your ingredients for your tea?

Well I would suggest buying the clover blossoms online. They are cheap and sell for a pound at a time. You will need at least 2 oz (2 sandwitch baggies full) for one brew and 6 table spoons of the red raspberry leaf. I bought my ingredients at lassens (local natural health food store) but I'm betting it will be easier to buy online. I'll be purchasing online from now on. (besides growing my own clover... I have a hoop house that I garden in all year round and I'v been thinking I might just grow my own clover)
