Default Reference letter help

I am doing a reference letter for friends of mine that are going to adopt. Anyone have any samples or ideas of what to include? There are a few questions I am supposed to address but they are really broad.

Talk about their interaction with children (especially yours!) and what qualities you admire about them...what is it, in your opinion, that makes them good candidates to be parents? If you allow your friends to babysit your child, that is good to mention as well. If they are adopting a child of a different race or culture, talk about what they have mentioned to you about integrating the child's birth-culture into their home.

Good luck! And feel honored that they asked you to write this letter for them. It is a HUGE step in their adoption process!

Thanks for your reply! I got it finished and mailed for them. I do feel very honored. They have been through so much and I so hope this goes smoothly for them!
