Refresh Skin Care

Has anyone used Refresh Skin by dermatologist Dr Susan Evans for their acne? She has been on Oprah & Dr 90210. I dont know if it's any different from Proactiv, but on the website it has 3 products to be used together, being anti-microbial cleanser,toner & clear treatment.
