Default Regrowth

What have you used to make your hair grow back?

I'm using a Jason natural shampoo and conditioner with biotin now, I've used Nioxin for months, I'm taking a vitamin B-50 complex and just started, a few weeks ago, eating three tablespoons of ground flax seed a day. No regrowth yet.

I'm heard Mane and Tail helps, I've heard Nizoral for dandruff helps, but I'd love to hear what actually worked for regrowth, not just to make the hair stop shedding/make it look thicker, but new hair regrowth?

I am currently using b-50 complex, iron, nizoral, and nioxin for my hair. I also take Omega 3 and took it long before the rest of things I have listed.

With Omega 3, I did notice that my hair did seem thicker in the back area of my head because it took longer to dry but I take this mainly for cholesterol. With nizoral and nioxin, I have noticed a ton of tiny hairs sticking out of the top of my head and looking a bit thicker. I bought the type 4 nioxin for color treated hair but I am thinking I will try the original kind next time because I think the original is stronger than the color treated. I like to add tea tree oil once in while to nioxin to get the full tingly effect as I no longer feel it as much as i used to. Then I added b complex and just recently iron to my regimen because my hair is still breaking off.

I just used jojoba oil on my scalp last night, washed it today and it feels and looks thicker and there was not a lot of fall out. It could be the iron or jojoba oil-not too sure yet.

I've been using Nioxin since February and haven't noticed regrowth! Do you alternate days with Nioxin and Nizoral?

I use Nioxin on a daily basis and use nizoral twice a week, massage on my scalp and leave it on for a good 5 minutes and rinse. my hair is very fine and oily so I have to wash it everyday or it looks gross and my scalp feels oily.

Okay, I bought the Nizoral today. And I bought Mane and Tail conditioner.

Has anyone else noticed regrowth with any particular products?

Red face using nioxin

hi all

i have been using nioxin on and off for about 4 months. i am taking evening primrose and b 12. prior to starting nioxin my scalp was pretty visible on the crown and now is showing signs of regrowth and my husband and mother noticed it too. i just went to the hairdresser for a trim and she suggested joico a salon quality brand of product for volumizing without adding weight to your hair. she suggested i alternated with the nioxin cause it is soo drying to the hair. so far i am pleased with the fullness of my hair and still get the regrowth with the nioxin. i am also using the joico mousse and really like it....will keep you all posted....and if anyone comes across a miracle solution....let me know
