Default Regrowth woes...

My hair seems to have stopped shedding at an insane rate but I feel like it's never going to come back. What's left is thin and baby fine and all the diffuse thinning isn't filling in at all, at least none that I can see. You'd think years after the initial horror shed I'd be over this but I still get depressed all the time. Anyone know any good ideas to at least promote healthy regrowth?

Give it time.

How long have you been shedding?

Regrowth takes insanely long whereas it seems like thinning can happen overnight!

Have you been able to get your testosterone down? I've found that has made a big difference in me seeing regrowth.

Some other things I'm trying that may or may not be helping are lasercomb and emu oil as well as essential oils like Rosemary and Lavender oil.

You can also try Rogaine, which works well for some. Just be aware that some people experience an initial shed when using it. It's supposed to mean it's working, but you have to be mentally ready for it, which is why I haven't taken the plunge yet!

I think the biggie was getting my androgens down though.

hang in there!
