OK, as you all can see by my tracker, I have lost approx 22 lbs in about 2 months, not necessarily the most healthy way to lose I know, but part of it was due to extreme stress, the rest to eating right and getting mobile. Anyway! For 3 months now I have had a regular af, about 30-35 days

And I am not sure how to tell dbf, cause I told him my cycles are getting regular, but dont like the thought of mentioning weight. He's seen all of me, head to toe so he knows what size I am, but still, I dotn want him thinking, omg, 22lbs how big was she to begin with!?! KWIM?
