This may sound strange, but usually my 30-32 day regular cycle is for 4 days heavy bleeding, (gooey brown and then red with clots- sorry gros!) then a couple of days thinner bright red bleeding.
Recently though, my cycle is the same, but the bleeding is much lighter, but still clotting...does this sound normal - or is it indicative of PCOS?
I guess my experience is biased since I do have PCOS, but my cycle changes monthly like that, and my hormones are relatively in check. It really isn't unusual for women to experience various changes in their cycle or the occasional irregular bleeding.
