i am very much into trying alternative therapys, i have been learning reiki for about six months, i have done it a few times on my mam when her arthritis is bad or she can't sleep. it seems to help my mother but wipes me of all my energy.
so hears my qustion have anyone tried reiki to heal the symptoms of pcos?

if it wipes you of all energy then you're not centered and grounded right. you also need to keep some of that energy for yourself to help balance yourself.

I haven't tried it on PCOS symptoms, I have tried to use energy healing and it hasn't helped.... even though I can help others with broken bones and things.
