hopeless

Hello... I'm hoping there are some reiki cysters that can help me out.

I haven't been doing much reiki lately...not sure why, just hasn't felt right for a while. But, I have been just trying to pay more attention to my energy. (easing myself back to reiki?) The other day, after meditating, I was paying attention to each chakra, and just feeling it...not looking for anything...just paying attention. Anyways, I felt like my second chakra was collapsed. I've never felt this before. I don't know how else to describe it...it just felt like it had collapsed. It felt more prominent on my left side.

It disturbed me enough that I had trouble focusing my attention anywhere else. It's still nagging at me.

So...what I'm wondering...is if you have some time, could you please send me distant reiki? Or, if you have any insights...please let me know...
