Has anyone ever tried Relecor over the counter stuff???
A friend of mine said it helped her lose some belly fat. It is supposed to decrease cortisol levels.
Just curious.

Your doctor can run a test where you take a pill and wait 24 hrs then have bloodwork drawn that will let you know if your cortisol levels are off. I would not recommend taking any cortisol blocking meds before having this test done.

I agree. If your cortisol levels aren't high, taking something to lower them might have the opposite effect you are hoping for. A simple blood test will give you the answer you need.
