Relora to help with stress eating

Hi, my DH's aunt suggested to me to start talking something called Relora. It's an all natural herb that is supposed to help with anxiety, and stress and restlessness. I started researching it a little bit, and from what I got out of it, is it also helps prevent weight gain because it helps decrease the cortisol levels, which is what is responsible for the fat around the tum tum. I jsut took my first one. It recommends three times a day with a meal and there are no known side effects. Just thought I would suggest it because it is supposed to help you stay relaxed and therefore, you won't want to start eating due to stress.
