Hi Suhani,
There are a few things that can help with low sperm count, including antioxidants such as vitamin c, e, and zinc. My DH also takes a multivitamin, selenium, and folic acid. I've also heard of something called "fertility blend" for men but I don't know too much about it except that it has worked for a lot of people.
Just curious...has your DH been checked for a varicocele?
There's a great thread called "Male Factor Buddies" in the TTC forum. A lot of cysters are dealing with the double whammy of pcos and male factor, but so many have overcome the odds and conceived. There's a wealth of information in the thread and it's great to have the support. Hope you can join us!
