Default Remembering?

I walked out of the house without my pills today.

I'm barely remembering to take 2 a day, how am I going to get up to 4 a day?

What tricks do you have for remembering???

I have the same problem. I am notorious for forgetting to take my Met. What helps me is that every night before I go to bed, I put all my meds for the day in a small container (washed out film case, mini Tupperware bowl, ziploc baggie, or pill case) and put it in my purse. That way when I'm rushing around in the morning (I leave for work at 5:15 am), I know it's already in my purse and I just have to remember to take it throughout the day...that's another story! LOL HTH!

I do the same thing as Rebecca suggested. I keep a few "extra" in a pill bottle in my purse in case I forget them and that's worked really well for me!

I take them with breakfast and dinner and leave them on the table right in front of me. I haven't forgot yet.

I bought one of those pill cases. Each night I put all my pills in it for the next day and put it in my purse. I was forgetting too but this has helped!

What I did was put em by my nightstand, put the 2 morning pills up high and the 2 night pills down low...

It worked...until I had to take Met twice a day and now my system is bad lol
