Question Remembering dreams...

I never ever used to remember my dreams (if i had them, but apparently everyone does?) Recently I seem to have them all the time & remember bits of them. I wonder if this is to do with medications or whether I sleep better now & dream or sleep lighter which causes the dreams or me to remember them?

Just a random topic really but it makes me curious!

Anyone else had this or similar?

Default I have almost the same problem

Whenever I dream I only get small pieces of it afterwards and I know that the dreams were usually long. It's weird.

I have a little tip for remembering dreams. I studied this in one of the random pysch classes I have taken. (Gosh, its been so many..lol) As a matter of fact your brain has to be taught to remember its dreams (dreams are the brains way to act wild and enjoy itself so to say), so keep a journal or notebook on your night table and when you just wake up right down everything you rememeber. As time progresses you will rememeber more and more of your dreams. I find it works, so give it a try!
